This is one of the simplest games around. Grab an empty beer case box bottom and a quarter. You should have a fairly large group of people because the game is fast and highly intoxicating.
A player takes a turn by throwing the quarter into one of the indented circles in the box. Once they hit the circle, you circle it and write whatever rule in that place you want. Whenever anyone lands on that spot from then on, they (or the rest of the players depending on the rule) must do whatever the rule says [e.g. girls drink, drink an entire beer, finish your beer, etc] That's it.
